Selah

For the last three days I've offered vision for the bride for 2018. I've relayed the Fathers pleasure at our process of alignment; His offer for an increase in the pace of our maturity; and a challenge for leadership to remove residual character issues. Tomorrow will begin three days of areas of increase I see coming in 2018.

As I look back at the last three days words, it occurs to me that during 2018 the bride will reconciling behavior with belief. We will be catching up to the wonderful revelation we've experienced. We have had great teachings over the last decade. Teachings on our true identity as sons and daughters; teaching on the Father's "will being done on earth as it is in heaven"; teaching on developing a culture of honor and unconditional love; teaching on the the church being known for who we are for instead of who we are against.

Regarding post New Testament prophesy and revelation: For years I've heard religious people quote Hebrews 13 "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever" as reasons to discredit God breathed revelation. It seems some are more concerned about falling for false teaching than discovering truth. Well...yeah. I agree. We do have to be on the lookout for false teachings. But I find I don't have to worry about that as much when I pursue Jesus. He is the way, the truth and the life. False teachers/prophets can't compete with Jesus.

Holy Spirit is pouring out fresh revelation and opening eyes to higher understanding. Scripture is meant to reveal the Fathers heart. The word clearly indicates that revelation and understanding will increase. Meaning, we are all still learning. It's remarkable to me that Jesus, in the midst of His last verbal teaching as a man in John 14-John 17, tells the disciples "I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now". Meaning, more is coming. It's hard not to say "holy crap, there is more to come?' But the answer is yes there is, even today.

Daniels chapter 12 says at the time of the end "knowledge shall increase". As knowledge increases, Holy Spirit discipline and walking under authority is mandatory to protect ourselves from becoming a false teacher and protect the flock from becoming prey to false teaching.

I know I'm still learning. I'm learning who my model Jesus is and learning how to walk in a mantle I barely understand. If, when reading these posts, you are looking for words from a prophet confident in His hearing and confidently speaking the Fathers heart with a high accuracy, I want you to know you don't have one with me. I've learned enough over the years to know I hear in part and the more I talk the more opportunity there is for my own thoughts to intermingle with His.

Yet, what you do have is a man walking in an office with absolute trust in the Spirit of truth. I'm superbly confident that as as you and I hear truth it will latch on to our spirit man. When we apply the truth to our lives; we shall be transformed into the image of the Son. All the fluff will fall away (Acts 5:34-39)

I feel it's important to say these things given where I'm going the next three days. I'm seeing some wild stuff. Almost too good to be true although I mature I learn that our Father's good nature is truth. We don't live in a world full of sin. We live in a world with sin in it. It is with joy I can report that His Spirit still hovers over the waters, Jesus is in us, and restoration is nigh.

Tomorrow gets rowdy.
